Your next step with us would be to sign into our B|PTFit Membership or sign up for membership ($20 for one month of unlimited access). You would then login to your personal B|PTFit personal Wellness portal and click on "Injury Recovery".
Next you would answer questions that the program will walk you through. You will then receive a recommendation of exercises based on your answers to the questions. It will suggest you try these exercises for 3 weeks, if you do not improve or if you worsen we recommend you contact our physical therapy facility for more direct advice, diagnosis, and treatment. You may also Message us through the HIPAA compliant Messaging system.
If you have an emergency/trauma or are not able to lift injured arm or weight bear through your lower extremities we recommend you contact your local emergency room, physician, or our physical therapy team for more directed advice and treatment.
